Numerical control cutting machines

Carbon Line has invested in 3 state-of-the-art machines for cutting timber, PVC and fabrics: a Lectra Vector 2500 pantograph for cutting of fabrics, a Biesse's Rover AFT 1531 numerical control unit and another Biesse Rover 24 unit for PVC and wood processing.

Therefore, Carbon Line can perform numerical control cutting to create the core kits needed to build the lamination sandwich panels, the shaped fabric kits as well as the cutting of patterns for the production of models.
The computerized system ensures extreme accuracy in cutting and consequently in the final finishing of the product.
